Slowly getting back on track.
Plan #4678 I will walk one mile per day no matter how slow.
Burning up the treadmill last night with that 35 minute mile. Lol
Once I get a little stronger there will be more but for now one mile a day is my promise to myself.

I had a roommate once who walked a three month mile, you're way ahead of most people.
Walking 365 miles in a year is pretty cool if you think about it.4 -
I built up to 5miles a day after health problems that were serious and I am proudest of the begining when it was .25 miles a day because I didn't give up. You're doing amazing and I love your hard work! We see you, keep going you amazing person.3
