I think most people go through that type rollcoster where you loose weight but start gaining it all back up . So it very normal , if you really want to make change it has to be more of lifestyle changing habits .

Beer, wines, Gatorade, soft drinks have huge calorie intake in your diets so stick water and sparkly water is my way to go.
