Yes It will pass in a few days. Your stomach is changing the way it processes food and needs to make the new bacteria to help break down your new diet... Remember to stay hydrated and remember to get some fibre into you via veges..

Another thing to think about is whether you are "tummy hungry" or "brain hungry"... I know it sounds crazy, but some hunger comes from your stomach and the rest comes from your brain.... I am in australia so cannot help you... however, I found that the average "premium" sausages tend to have less than 2gr carbs... the cheap ones tend to have a lot of filler, like breadcrumbs...

apparently keto flu is mostly caused by dehydration, some keto experts recommend regularly drinking bone broth .... but some others say drinking water with some salt in it (and some lemon juice to make the flavour less bad) helps with keeping hydrated.. I have seen a lot of mixed answers about artificial sweeteners.... I am avoiding them for the first week just to be sure and will then slowly re-introduce sugar free diet pepsi, because I really enjoy it from time to time. Im looking forward to the keto energy burst.... I have been feeling run down for way too long.

I bought a few keto cookbooks... one of them made by the 4 ingredients ladies... Some great recipies in there that look fun and yum.
