How are foods verified? I was trying to add some chicken thigh to my day... and I struggled to find a verified chicken thigh that was not trying to be a liquid... The dropdowns seem to mostly show fluid ounces, milliliters and teaspoons... Other verified ones say "one small thigh"... Not sure how they verified that...

Day 5 of my keto diet will include a Quiz night at my school.... Everyone will be eating pizza and drinking wine.... I would have preferred another week to get ready for this... Carbs - Do you count non soluble carbs
100 grams of Brussel Sprouts has 9gr of Carbs... but of that 9grams, 3.8grams is non soluble fibre... Does that mean Brussel sprouts should actually be counted as 5.2 grams of carbs? (per 100gr)

Calories on Keto?
Hi guys, should I be aiming for a calorie total? I have naturally landed at about 1700.... I am at 19gr of carbs for the day and have not felt hungry. MyFitnessPal recommends 1500 for me..
