I just use milk for my tea... I keep it minimal.... 1 cup of milk is 6 carbs, I am probably using less than 30ml for the entire day ..... thats less than 1 carb...

Scotty, try adding some mayonnaise to your diet, whole egg may has no carbs and is a great source of fat... also fat bombs help (apparently, dont use them myself) if you just want to get fat higher up...

Its weird, it did the opposite for me.... My anxiety levels have dropped massively... it has stopped being a feature in my life and is now a rare occurrence. But having said that, depression and 'anxiety induced depression' are two different things...
