Same here, mental illness can be devastating and looking after your mental health is so important. For me, looking after one helps the others. Crying in the gym may not the best look, but I've been there, it's OK, you can do it :)

I was happy with how my Apple Watch and MFP were working, but now I've read this I need to check and see. MOST of my activity is not step-based so it's not a HUGE worry to be honest, but I've run about 30k the past two weeks, would be nice to know if those steps vanished one way or another?!

Booze is usually quite calorie heavy, if you're going out to drink it's going to hit one way or another. If you make that choice, don't beat yourself up over a little bit of misadventure, you'll soon get back on track.
