Sorry I still don’t understand. 😭 I just need a number for calorie burn that’s all I’m asking 😂

Why is ‘122 calories as base burn for 37 min’ not realistic? Would I have burnt more or less than that?

It’s hard to concentrate- I’m can’t focus during lectures or when I’m revising, and lately I’ve been finding it difficult to run for longer than 10 minutes because I’m not in the right mindset. Even running with music playing my mind is too busy to focus on what I’m doing. It’s so frustrating- nothing is working anymore.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think that I’ve ‘painted myself into a corner’- I think society’s unrealistic standards did that for me. And there’s no way I can use my ‘common sense’ because sure, an apple might be easy to guess, but what about something like a curry? That could have lord knows how much of which ingredients…

I can’t find the three vertical dots?

For some reason it doesn’t say how many calories I have left
-
But my Fitbit calories only show how much I’ve burnt the next day (e.g. it says i burnt 1900 yesterday, but I was more active today so I won’t know how many more calories I need to eat today, until tomorrow)

So I will only know if I’ve lost weight in the long term? How will I know how many calories IN on one day after I’ve done weightlifting? What happens if I don’t know how much I’ve burnt exercising that I then overeat and gain weight
-
But if I do 30 minutes lifting 2lbs or 30 minutes lifting 20lbs, I will burn a different amount of calories?
-
So... how can I track calories burned during/after weightlifting? For example if I want to lose weight/tone up and start weightlifting, how will I know I’m having calories out over in?
-
Thanks a lot! So can I track calories burned by weightlifting if I buy the Fitbit Inspire?
-
Thanks so much! Do you know if any of them are free? And do you follow/recommend a particular plan?
-
Where did you source this information that all sugars are equal? Thanks
-
That’s like saying I want to eat cake every day, it’s not very good for me though?

Thanks SO much! This has been so helpful. Just one other thing, when logging strength training (under cardio) do you include the rest times? E.g if I strength train for 2 minutes with 1 minute rest, do I log three minutes? And how long is a good set/rep/rest time for beginners for weight training? Thank you!

Thanks so much!! I measured my body fat % using a special machine at the gym a long time ago, but haven’t been back to the gym for a while as I’m studying intensely for exams. But I’m going back in the summer When you say maintenance calories, but going to the gym, do you mean • Eat 1800 and go to the gym (but not know how…
