Can’t do core workouts correctly?
Whenever I do a core workout, my stomach lifts off of the floor and I can’t keep my back down. Afterwards my back will hurt for days and I can’t sleep very well. Any tips/exercises for core (to lose stomach fat, not really form abs yet)?

Eating frozen food?
I left my cooked pasta out to defrost but it hasn’t fully defrosted yet. Would it still be safe to eat it slightly frozen? I don’t mind it cold I just don’t know if it will upset my stomach later but it’s all that I have on me to eat

Weigh fruit with skin?
When I weigh a banana or grapefruit with the skin on, would that be correct for 100g on MyFitnessPal? For example I think 100g grapefruit is about 42 calories- is that with skin? That doesn’t seem right as half a grapefruit is about 160g so is it really about 70 calories for a half?

Feel like giving up
I’ve had exams at the moment and I’ve gained 3 pounds in less than two weeks. I feel like this weight gain is affecting my mental health and my attitude towards my exams and I feel so alone that I eat my feelings. I’m so close to just letting myself go. Any advice?

How can I plan a beginner workout routine if I want to join the gym? I currently weigh 9 stone 3 pounds, goal is 8 stone 8 pounds or less, and to lose body fat (but not so much by cardio). How do I start weightlifting? How many sets & reps? How many hours a week?

Struggling to maintain weight

I’ve read coffee, tea, herbal teas and most hot drinks stain teeth. Does anyone know if white tea, or herbal rooibio tea stains? Or if there are any other hot drinks which don’t stain?

Coconut oil: good or bad?
Should I exclude all saturated fat from my diet? Can you survive without it? I’m vegan and eat mostly raw, so I rarely have saturated fat anyway. Wondering if I should eat coconuts and coconut oil in my diet?
