Hey,
Wondering if anyone knows whether the calories in nuts change if you roast them in the oven?
Thanks

Their weight may change with roasting (moisture loss); be sure to use a matching database entry. Depending on the type of nut, and how deeply you roast, this may not be a big change, but nuts are so calorie-dense I'm thinking one would want to consider it.
Other than that, the roasting shouldn't change anything, assuming you're not adding oil.0
