  • I get my stuff delivered from Piping Rock out of New Jersey. Magnesium, scented oils, lip balm, vitamin C etc. Check it out @deepwoodslady they have really good sales. No need to go to a big box store. Amazon also has just about everything with pretty quick delivery.

  • I had to look it up too! Sarcopenia is a type of muscle atrophy primarily caused by the natural aging process. Scientists believe being physically inactive and eating an unhealthy diet can contribute to the disease. So….stay physically active, and don't eat an unhealthy diet is what I take from that.

  • I started taking Magnesium several years ago before bed because I was getting terrible leg/foot cramps in the night. It seems to have worked.
