So I am a lemon water drinker. Plain water, lots of it, removes electrolytes. Adding lemon gives electrolytes for hydration. When at work we get lemons by the case. @age_is_just_a_number At 5'5" you must be pretty close to your goal. It was an old thing, but something along the lines of 5 pounds for every inch added to 100. So, if that is a gauge, then is 125 your goal? I realize that it is harder when you have less to lose.

I had the same procedure on the top of my feet a year ago in the hospital, and it worked great. Painful because the joint that they are entering with a needle under x-ray does not have room for freezing, only for the anti-inflammatory.
