Hi hun! I have been the same way off and on again with MFP. lose about 40 and give up, I am finally past that at 50lbs lost but still struggling to keep going.. I still have around 60lbs to lose so I can totally relate, I also have 2 children who keep me busy! I'll add you!!

Maybe spread your calories out to eat more often? That's what I have to do, so I have a light breakfast of 150-200 cals and then I can have a snack an hour or 2 later. and then a light lunch and then same thing. I have to pretty much eat every couple of hours to not feel any hunger.

Are you making a lifestyle change? That would be the difference, changing how you eat for life will stop the gains, or make you understand better why they are happening! I would love to be friends and help motivate you! Add me if you like.
