Any suggestions on to curve hunger?

Maybe spread your calories out to eat more often? That's what I have to do, so I have a light breakfast of 150-200 cals and then I can have a snack an hour or 2 later. and then a light lunch and then same thing. I have to pretty much eat every couple of hours to not feel any hunger.0
