  • Hi, I am Teresa from south Georgia. I am 48 and just starting to workout and lose weight. This is my first month with this challenge, I feel that it will help me be more motivated to stay on track. I do walking or the stair master five days a week, and I work with a personal trainer twice a week strength training.
