Today I did a 6km walk and tris and bi’s at the gym :)

True! I still want to be able to have a treat every now and than along with the occasional wines so will try and stick with the 0.5kgs/week. Trying not to weigh myself often though and use my energy levels and measurements as a guide as well

Starting weight 156lbs - Day 1 yesterday and plan to weigh myself just one a week, twice max as I find it gets too upsetting if there’s no difference. I have found in the past it’s better to look at energy levels, measurements etc

I try to stick with 16/8 from Thursday to Sunday and Monday to Wednesday just eat as usual. This has helped a lot as the start of the week is usually busier for me and I feel flat if I don’t have breakfast or an early morning snack. Hoping to see some changes soon

Thankyou for the information - I may aim for the 0.5kgs a week especially going through Christmas and new years. Definitely don’t want to end up binging or yo-yo dieting because I pushed too hard

Yea I’ve drastically lost weight and gained at least 2-3 times. Each time it was because I was restrict and over exercise so was not feasible and about 10-12 months later, I’d just give up and put on the weight again. This time two years ago I was about 53kgs and now I’m 70kgs due to binging and be inactive

Weight as of today and my first day trying to live a healthy life is 71kgs Goal weight is 58kgs
