Sorry for the confusion. Kriss got the gist of what I was saying. I've had issues in the past with hunting down the best foods/combos to meet my needs with my workouts.

I'd say that was pretty ballsy and callous to use a funeral as a means to share his opinion. I usually have mine within an hour of working out. It might come down to personal preference. I love my shakes so I always look at it as a treat.
