Agree - I usually use 2 gyms and sometimes may go to a 3rd in London and workout there so the differences between technogym and other machines are noticeable every week π.

Four sets of 12 with 15 kgs and then four sets of 12 with 20 kgs. My traps feel worked π

I had a really good session last night. I went up 5 kgs on some machines and increased reps from 10 to 12 π
