In just 22 days my chest has increased in size. This result is encouraging π

Although it will be a full body workout tomorrow, I will mainly focus on my glutes and legs. I plan to increase my weights by 2.5 to 5 kgs per machine and/or increase my reps.
We have a no lift day on Fridays as a bit of fun for those that want to participate. The few of us that choose to take the challenge find it rewarding and motivating. π
The right way seems to burn them through high reps. I hope to a change by Spring time.

I had a great workout on Saturday. Tonight I will focus on my biceps, chest, traps and legs.
Last night's 2 hour session was great. I used deep heat last and will do again this evening. Comparing my gym selfies over the last few months, I can see the change. Hastag motivated π

A combination of a balanced diet and a full body workout will put me back on track after the Christmas lunches and occasional indulgence of mince pies .... Motivation has restarted βΊ
