I had a great workout on Saturday.
Tonight I will focus on my biceps, chest, traps and legs.

I "tested" at my gym on Monday (every month they weigh you, do body fat %, measure and then strength tests)
I PR'd my leg press at 12 reps at 310lbs! next month I go for 25 reps at 310! Woot woot!2 -
