  • I am exercising with Deron at Grow Young Fitness. You might want to check it out. It is for seniors and you can exercise in a chair. I have asthma and a heel spur so hard to do my regular exercise. The other thing I find really good is aquafit or water fitness but I can't go right now due to my bad heel.
