    Training for my first half-marathon on Sunday and have been focusing on muscle gains, so there was a 1/2 pound gain between the 13th and the 20th. It's likely higher now "giggle" but we'll see tomorrow!

    Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.

    STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
    Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

    Challenge starting weight: 149.2
    I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
    My goal for this cycle will be 145#
    Oct. average weight= 152.01
    Nov. average weight= 151.28
    Dec. average weight= 150.53
    Jan. 2022 average weight= 150.86
    Feb. average weight= 150.2
    March average weight= 148.84
    April average weight= 148.5

    Starting weight = 149.2
    4-4= 149.26
    4-11= 149.08
    4-18= 148.06
    4-25= 147.6 going down slowly

    Apr 20….. 200.8…..(Trend Weight: 201.5)….. Very up & down this past week due to water weight that finally adjusted. This feels like my true weight (unfortunately) so now my mini-goal is to get consistenly under the 200 mark again.

    Apr 27… 204.4…..(Trend Weight: 201.9)….. Travel yesterday with no shopping/walking. Very little natural calorie burn and Golden Corral for dinner. Yep, that’ll do it! Gotta really watch my P’s and Q’s today! Looking over the month, this has been a bad one for me. I have a couple of days to make it a bit better, but clearly I won’t be showing any loss this month. A million miles from April’s goal and that is sad.

    Instead of calculating out a perfect 2 lbs per week goal, I decided to be realistic (for once) with my busy spring schedule I have and asked myself what goal I REALLY want to see by summer. And truthfully, that's just to be back at a healthy weight! So I'm setting my goal at 147 lbs (I'm 5' 4.5") and hopefully will be able to reach it despite all the wedding events and vacations coming up! :)

    I am so thrilled I was able to stay in a deficit all week. Some days not much at all, but I still was in a deficit. That is my goal. Just get more consistent!
