Just to say Hello :)

Hello :)
I am a constant yo-yo dieter, who now thinks enough is enough.
Although I consider myself a fun, happy person ... and glad I'm not a person who has tablets or such ... I am now finding long walks, climbing stairs or just queuing for long periods no longer agree with my back or legs. This past year it has got worse.
Of course it is due to the weight - but the real thing I miss is having the energy to dance 'full on' like I used to. The weight has really piled, so I'm now hoping to make a stand.

I am exercising with Deron at Grow Young Fitness. You might want to check it out. It is for seniors and you can exercise in a chair. I have asthma and a heel spur so hard to do my regular exercise. The other thing I find really good is aquafit or water fitness but I can't go right now due to my bad heel.
