You could also sync your health app in the apps and devices section of settings. This should sync from there and give you the extra cal defisite π

Hey newbie, try settings, then select steps and select device ie Apple Watch or phone tracker for steps etc.. this should work if not shout up and Iβll try to help again ππ Ps I just logged on again today for first time in years so feel free to add for motivation and *kitten* kickings ππ₯π
