What's your food plan looking like?
I kind of have jumped into this today with ZERO plan except to lower my calorie intake and to work a caloric deficit.1 -
Iv made homemade soups for lunch, got lots of breakfast stuff in eggs porridge weetabix peanut butter rivita! Got some fruit and nuts to snack on, chicken veg soups for dinner! Iv read somewhere homemade soups fill u for longer and make u lose weight! 🤔x5

Awesome! Did you find there was less sodium in the homemade soups? I feel like, in general, soups can really pack on the sodium.0

Yeah totally, processed soups are just full of crap! That goes with everything you eat really!! Everything it better for u homemade as u control what you put into it!! Where u from?! X1

Congrats on starting out! I highly recommend reading through the "must read" stickies. They're full of information about logging accurately, balancing macros and dealing with weight fluctuations!

Homemade soups filling you up would be an individualised thing, not everyone is satiated the same way and you'll only lose fat by eating in a calorie deficit.
It's wise to weigh out calorie dense foods like Peanut Butter as it's easy to underestimate what you're eating.
