Glad to see a small drop again today π annoyed that I'm struggling to fit exercise in though (I work full time, have a 2 year old daughter and my husband has been deployed at sea for over 3 months so I'm essentially a single mum at the moment!) I get up at 5.30 to get us both ready and it's 8pm by the time she's fed,β¦

No idea how I've managed to lose 2lb in one day π³ I always weigh twice to check it's right, too! I drank a lot of water yesterday so doubt it could be dehydration π€ anyway, not taking it for granted it may fluctuate back up tomorrow so going to stay focussed today!
