10/30 - 67,5 - still TOM. I wonder what my data is going to show in the end, it’s the first time I am tracking everything this well. So I am unbothered by the ups and downs. I feel sore but good. Excited for this new 10 day focus challenge.
10/31 - 66,7 - is this water flushed out post TOM ? Maybe (probably). Data inputted in my spreadsheets and feeling a bit lighter :-). Also took my measurements (twice a month) and got some nice losses there as well.
11/01 - 66,8 - walked a lot and worked out as well. Feeling tired but very good.
11/02 - 66,9 - meh, DOMS I imagine since my calories have not changed one iota in these last couple of days.
11/03 - 66,7 - going down a bit. Still wondering if it’s DOMS.
11/04 - 66,8 - alright, seems like I’m chillin’ over here for a bit. I’m ok with it since I feel leaner, I like how I eat, I have energy and I enjoy my workouts :-) all is good.
11/05 - 66,5 - nice :-) I decided to just spend energy on other activities and not caring about scale weight while it is clearly decreasing. I lifted weights yesterday, it felt goooood.
11/06 - 66,6 - trend is alright. I am seeing (I guess) what I wanted all along, which is eating more and a slower weight loss. This is fine :-)10 -
JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 94 (round 26 for me ) I'm in for another round, to lose my cheeky pre-Brexit weeks holiday gain. Have a wedding vow renewal on 9th and need to lose a couple of pounds to be comfortable in the dress I plan on wearing!

10/30 135.6 – walked 8.63 miles yesterday, calories under goal but carbs and fat slightly over
10/31 136.2 - walked 12 miles & an hours yoga, after we told that one of our yoga buddies had suddenly died at the age of 53, such a lively vibrant girl!! It just flipped me, I was so shocked, I went totally of the rails, couldn't even tell you what passed through my lips after that, sigh, why ? So today is a new day, I start again, I'm lucky not to be up more, but now 9 days to wearing that dress!
11/01 136.2 – walked only just under 3.5 miles yesterday – met up with my DH, DIL & toddler DGC at a family open farm, had a lovely day , but calories 492 over . Must get my game in gear!
11/02 136.2 - 8.89 miles walked yesterday, calories under, but carbs slightly over.
11/03 136.2 - 9 miles walked yesterday
11/04 135.6 – 6.37 miles walked, well in green on all macros.
11/05 135.6 – 11.66 miles walked yesterday, all macros well in green.
11/06 135 – 6.96 miles walked yesterday, calories in green.

My plan for R94 is the same - to remain focused, log and track properly and see my weigh in's into the 133's and to remain there!
Still no kitchen - new kitchen now delivered and being fitted - Last two rounds without a kitchen went well so hoping to continue as I left off. No kitchen continues to make me very planned and very focused just buying what we need when we need it.... Lesson to be learned here I think!
Evening out with a friend, Halloween and Grandsons birthday this round so not the easiest (although all in the first half of the round) but I'm determined to weigh less at the end than the start!
Start Weight 134.6lb
10/30 - 133.5lb (-1.1lb) and there's the rest of the drop at the round start rather than end of last round! But its here. Just 0.2lb away from my lowest weight ever (apart from when it was going up of course!) So that's my next small win planned....
10/31 - 135.8lb (+2.3lb ) No idea...... Spent a lot of time in the car yesterday (over 6 hours on and off between work and running daughter around for work and cheerleading!) and didn't move much inbetween
11/01 - 133.4lb (-2.4lb) OOOOKKaaayy - seems yesterday was a bit of a "blip".... Back down again and still on the right path. Guessing all is good
11/02 - 133.8lb (+0.4lb) OK stabilised so all good
11/03 - DNW
11/04 - 135.1lb (+1.3lb) and back up we go again! Guess alot of this is self inflicted. Was out on Saturday night and did go a bit overboard on the gin cocktails and paid the price Sunday morning (and most of Sunday to be honest!) Tough time of year for me - Tomorrow (5th) is the birthday of my daughter who was stillborn at full term 13 years ago - still a tough time of year to get through - as they say you never get over it - you just learn to live with it. Tomorrow is also my grandsons birthday so a real day of two halves..... So probably not as focused as I should have been this weekend.........
11/05 - 134.4lb (-0.7lb) Some of the weekend excesses and bloat gone at least. Trying to avoid emotional eating today and hoping to finish this week (and this round) strong, at a loss overall and back into the 133's.....
11/06 - 133.7lb (-0.7lb) And down we go again although in part probably due to no real meal last night and didn't track or focus yesterday - just got through the day with a couple of glasses of Red wine with hubby yesterday evening
My weight hasn't gone up or down really the last couple of weeks and haven't been properly focused but I do find this time of a year a bit of an emotional challenge
But back on track today, feeling more positive and food prepped and planned and goal is to stay in the 133's for the end of the round Two days to go!

@tinabambina29 Not sure how long you've been logging and weighing every day ? But I can assure you that we have all had those days where the scales don't make sense but when we look back over a few days , a week or longer then it makes sense.
Also bear in mind what you eat rather than total calorie intake can have a massive effect on the scale on a day to day basis - a carb heavier day for example ? And also the dreaded female hormones and our cycles!
Its all about the overall trend being what you want it to be9 -

Omg weighing myself every day? I thought doing it every week was too much. I’ve never done this before but I’m excited to try. I will wait for the next round though because I missed a lot of days. Excellent job everyone!11

Ready for my round 31
OSW 88KG
RSW 60.5 kg (-27.5kg) or {- 60.5 lbs}
Goal... Less than I started
10/30 60.15kg all went well yesterday until a few nuts in the evening. Still under maintenance calories but over goal. 45 mins strength training done in the gym but no aerobics later as still injured.
10/31 60.15kg and a perfect calorie, macro and exercise day yesterday.
11/01 60.7kg getting under 60kg is taking time... But I'll get there. Gym done this morning but injury getting worse.
11/02 59.95kg back down here. Have to rest the injury but can do upper body training in the gym next week. Going to keep on with what I'm doing but be very mindful of calories. Would love to see a new low this wknd
11/03 59.5kg but after the wknd indulgence I doubt it'll stick around for long! Impromptu party yesterday and I ate over calories but I still kept it Keto. Will not complain about future blips up next week but will be focusing on staying under calories.
11/04 59.9kg...no complaints! Been to the gym this morning but resting the leg
11/05 61.0kg...higher than expected but not complaining. A little TMI action would help! Was under calories yesterday so should see this come off by the weekend.
11/06 61.0kg still not complaining and I've been perfect on calories and macros the last 2 days so hoping that's the end of the rise. Could do with some TMI activity still! Been to the gym at 5am...ready for the day!

10/30 -183.6-
10/31 -183.6- My husband had an appointment yesterday so we had a fast food lunch. Calories were over but I am trying to keep them to about 1400 when I don't formally exercise. I was more active than normal yesterday and will be today even though I may not get to do actual exercise. For me, part of this is learning to have a healthy relationship with food in different circumstances and not to let anxiety get the best of me when I know things are not going according to my planned routine.
11/01 -183.7- Staying pretty steady.
11/02 -183.7- I have been a wreck mentally and emotionally the last few days. I overate a lot yesterday trying to quell the nausea I got from eating yogurt I spent two days making! I generally can't eat dairy products though
I keep trying for some reason. Lactaid helps but I forgot to take it. I think I am back on track today. My thought for the day: Good and bad things, sometimes really bad things, happen and I cannot fall back into using food to sooth myself when they do! I will think about other coping strategies today and make a list. I started crocheting a scarf last night to keep my hands and mind busy.
11/03 -183.7- I don't think I have ever held this steady, lol! I went for a good long walk yesterday and it helped my mental state immensely. I am planning another for today!
11/04 -183.4- Now that is better! I had another long walk yesterday that was good for my mental health but I may have overdone it just slightly because my back and legs hurt last night. I will work on finding balance.
11/05 -182.7- Going to go vote today (KY) and then take a walk. I am determined to be happy today and not let circumstances get to me.
11/06 -184.1- Yesterday was election day here in KY and I ate myself sick as the results were coming in. We still don't have an official winner but I think I will survive. Back at it this morning!

11/06 - 157.8 - Didn't think I'd whoosh on back down to that low but I'm not complaining. Minus a few "cider" beers, I stuck to primal yesterday. Food truck today so have to watch what I order, but I'm challenging myself by not bringing a backup lunch to work. I know I can do it! Bloat is gone and I don't want it back (TOM still hanging around... hopefully last day of this heavy feeling) but that should be motivation enough to keep going.
11/07
11/08
Previous Day's Comments10/30 - Um, whoa! I finished my ham&beans at lunch and had a small FiberOne bar as a snack to hold me over until dinner (I knew I had to cook so it'd be longer). Other than that, I stuck to a primal/paleo diet yesterday. Just didn't want to waste food so I finished it off. Today I have a ton of roasted mixed vegetables, some mashed butternut squash, and baked chicken breast for both lunch and dinner. Luckily I didn't have much in my house grocery-wise so cleaning out non-primal foods really wasn't hard at all. It was stuff that needed to be tossed anyway because it was on the older side. Now I need to make sure I meet 1200 minimum (I was 50cals under yesterday) and ideally 1500 with this change. Must buy appropriate snacks! Need to go grocery shopping anyway. I'm lacking frozen veggies (ideal given my travel schedule -- at least I know I won't waste it). Also, restarting IF because I felt amazing on it once my body adjusted and I miss that.
10/31 - I splurged a little with a single reese's pumpkin (pumpkin and trees are the best, I swear. Its gotta be the peanut butter to chocolate ratio!) Also had a granola bar because I needed SOMETHING to get through the day after lunch settled out. But I'm out of granola bars and the reese's was from my neighbor. Today is food truck day so I'm going to have to do my best with that. I know they have good options. Dinner is thawed and ready for cooking (zucchini spaghetti with homemade meat sauce). That will also give me lunch tomorrow! Black ice out so not sure if I'll get a good workout in. But trying to just move more throughout the day if I can.
11/01 - whoosh much? Wasn't expecting that, honestly. This Paleo/primal lifestyle really is making a difference. I'm already sleeping better, I don't have the bloat and swelling anymore and it's only been 3 days (and one completely true Paleo day yesterday as I had a treat a day the first two days as a matter of not wasting). Yesterday I didn't deal with my typical fatigue and grogginess at all. I feel great!

11/04 - At BF's all weekend. Kids made me eat a couple pieces of candy with them and unfortunately my BF is not all in on this paleo/primal lifestyle so I couldn't stick to it very well this weekend. But back on it starting today! TOM came so I'm not at all sure how weight will look tomorrow. I feel less bloated despite the weekend and TOM so I'm hoping I stuck to primal enough that it didn't set me back too much. I'm looking forward to the week ahead and all it has to offer!
11/05 - Kinda saw that coming. I'm so bloated! I made ham and bean soup last week, which I shared with my neighbors. Well, a neighbor decided to treat me to homemade taco pizza last night in return since he knows I LOVE tacos. I couldn't say no since he didn't know about my new primal/paleo way of eating prior to. And he then baited me with homemade cookies and his daughters were so upset when I originally said no, so I ate 2 cookies for them. I'm feeling it today. That, and TOM. I knew the bloat and heavy feeling had to show its ugly head. Hopefully its quick and done with soon. But onward! I have steak and veggies for lunch and I have salmon for tonight and chicken breasts thawing at home to cook up tonight for the remainder of the week. Just need to make sure I have enough veggies on hand. Also downloaded PokemonGo! for the BF's kids so I can play with them. Maybe it'll force me to get out and walk to the pokestops several blocks away when I'm not with them. I'll call that part of my "play" from the primal lifestyle.

@pecabonitas I know at least one person here is trying a new way: tracking/posting daily but only weighing in at the end of the round. If you need to start there, that's fine. Then maybe, if comfortable, move up to Day 5 and Day 10 of each round? Or, you can jump right in to daily! We don't mind (: Find your comfortable zone
The nice thing about daily weigh ins: you can learn how your body reacts to various things. High sodium? High carb? A tough workout? Too much or not enough sleep? I notice my mental state also is reflected in my weight. Definitely hormones get me. Some people see the effects immediately, some it will take 2-3 days for the scale to show it. But over time, by weighing daily, you start to see the pattern and can learn how your body deals with certain things. Just make sure you don't let little changes get to you and keep going! Everybody's body fluctuates weight which is completely natural and that's usually what gets people discouraged (maybe not so much on here, but throughout life I've seen it plenty. I'm guilty of it in the past). Acknowledge and keep driving forward. Its a learning experience. (I've personally found that I have a sensitivity to gluten. Cut it out and dropped immediately. Scale AND bloat will remind me if I ever eat even just a little of it. Wouldn't have even thought of trying Primal lifestyle if not for this group and its changed my life in just one week).
Also, welcome. We are glad you're here!

My goal is to stay as close to my daily calories and stay away from sugar. That's the one thing that makes me go over in a hurry.
11/03 134; avoided the usual Fri/sat bump
11/04 134.6: and there it is due to relaxing that I didn't post a usual high on Sunday! Thank goodness it is a week day and I can go back to my usual work week measured eating.
I'm going to break this weekend nonsense trend I do to myself.
11/05: 134.4 I met my step goal, and the only thing I wish I hadn't done was eat those darn Twix! But I logged them and ate fewer and went over by about 200. Not ideal because that's my maintenance number. I just have to remember if I get up to maintenance calories there's not going to be progress on the scale!
11/06: 134.4. met my step goal but succumbed to those kitkats. I didn't log last night but I will this morning just to keep accountable. Today is the day I don't have sugar! I can do this! Those sweets are keeping me from making progress. Focus!!!12
