I usually add grated cheese to the egg mix, fry the omelette & then pour my Onions, peppers, mushrooms & tomatoes that I have sautéed into it & fold it over like a wrap, yummy!

Sorry, just came across this: The body requires only 500 milligrams of sodium each day. Apparently, it's impossible to stick to the above as nearly everything has salt in it so the above post (up to 2300mg) is the maximum amount you should have.

The recommended amount of sodium is anything between 1500 mg and 2300 mg per day, but ideally you should try to eat less than the 2300mg.
