The wings, of they are in sauce get the hot sauce (or mild if you can't do heat). And offer a few to others.

I don't really know if there's a relationship outside of calories for alcohol. How much are you drinking that you're concerned about it? It can cause issues with many organs so I can't see why it couldn't cause issues with metabolic rate and other things.

People who post before and after photos in the wrong order, especially when there is only a little difference between the two. In Western culture we work from left to right, it represents time. Before is on the left, after should be on the right!!! Come on!!

I am a serial starter myself, I don't have any success photos yet but have lost 10 lbs after being stuck in the 160s for years. That was huge for me!! I like to think that serial starting means you never really gave up

What can you do to get your stress level down? This is my go to as well! But not curry. I throw a portion of ramen noodles in boiling water, can be any kind of Chinese noodle. Some frozen veggies. Then whatever protein after that cooks. Siracha it up. I'm obsessed.
