Thanks! Back to the grind at work yesterday made it hard to do anything healthy. I ordered uber eats twice cause no time to cook. Little exercise. Hopefully better today!

Diet. I honestly dont know if I know what feeling full is like. I just eat to complete discomfort or pain, or I'm hungry.

I think it depends on numerous things. If someone was completely sedentary, there wouldn't be a need for more than 1200 calories.

Thanks all for the support! Yesterday I did not cal count but stayed way under 2000. I also broke my fast with a timbit at 2pm (80 cals) but then waited until 6 to chow down on pizza, breadsticks, beer and a donut for desert. I am putting my feelers out for a previous workplace and got such a warm reception to my contact, so this has been a great reminder that I can and should do better so not to give up. I successfully did my OMAD today. Feeling good, satiated at end of meal. And tomorrow is Friday!

Thanks! Something great I notice when doing OMAD is that I feel thinner prettt quick. I dont feel bloated or heavy all the time which is a great feeling.
