My minimalism was ingrained in me from a young age. I just don't feel the need for 'things'. If I know I can live without something and that it won't serve a purpose in my life I usually don't buy it. But I think sometimes that I go too far and sacrifice things that could be fun to have like a pretty piece of jewellry. My…

Total shame induction. Her post and opinion is far more hurtful than the success of someone else! Everyone does not have the same goals or achievements, and everyone can't all possibly end up with the same results. This goes FAR beyond being fat. What about people proud of their grades? Don't post your kickass exam marks…

I also have IBS. I've been in situations where going for a walk I had to stop into a coffee shop to use their washroom and wanted to call an ambulance due to the pain involved. I have found IF to be helpful for me, I think it had been helpful from lessening the frequency to which my digestive system gets hit with food. And…

i am in love with it. I have been going for 20:4, and so my cheat days, which are often, are 16:8. I went on a trip to Miami on the second week of doing this and I just had coffee/teas for breakfast, i bought a pastry that I shared with a friend one morning, but otherwise my lunches were all half sized portions, and then i…

im curious as to what your TDEE, or BMI, or whatever....how much do you weigh and what is your height? Maybe you are tapped out and at a healthier weight

i honestly love it so much, and it has done wonders for my digestion. I do 16:8 mostly, but most of my calories are in a 20:4 period.

I go for walks on my break at work. And occasionally I fall of the wagon and start eating at delicious restaurants along the way.

Oh me. Wish I could go back to my early 20s where i weighed less, knew everything, and it all came way easier..... At least that's how I reflect on it.

What is stopping you? Are you unmotivated at work? Are you afraid of failure? Maybe all the rebounds have you thinking it's not fully worth it. Maybe try something new to spice things up. A new workout class, a new sport, even a new way of eating. I recently started IF and I love it. I know it is all CICO (play that broken…

I know it’s considered wasteful to not finish it, but you don’t have to eat it all. Places really give us too much food.

I'm in. I actually like who I am better when I'm not drinking. And I have a few big events in January where I'd love to not drink through them.
-
I try hard not to eat meat. I only eat it when I'm out at someone's house and that is what they are serving.

Have a party!!! And put all the stuff out. Before people leave, pack them up to-go containers. If not a party you can bring things into work and put them out. For the candy, give gifts to: mailmen, property managers, doctor's, veterinarians, homeless ppl, etc. Etc. Etc.

2017 was an incredibly difficult year for me and my hubs. So, I resolved to leave a lot of the negativity behind if I was able to. I found a new Job and left my super stressful one behind, that was the biggest feat. It was a lot of soul searching and nothing super tangible. This year I've got plans....
