Hey all! It's been SO LONG since I've participated in the MFP Community even though I've been tracking for ... a LONG time. So this group/thread seems like a great place to dive back in. I'm a teacher, so end of March is SPRING BREAK and I'm heading to Key West to visit some friends. I've gained a LOT of weight in the last year, so I know I won't be 100% happy with how I look, but I do want to be confident and relaxed in my bathing suit on the beach.
Original starting weight - 222.6 (August 2019)
March starting weight - 206.7
March goal - Under 200!!!
Ultimate goal - Under 170, ideally 155-160 but that can vary depending on muscle mass

I am on day 61 of Beachbody's Morning Meltdown 100. That combined with more walking of the dog (she also needs to lose a couple of pounds) is working so far. Hoping to turn the walking into more of a slow jog once I get to under 170.8 -
