I'm in. I would like to lose about 120. I am doing this one pound at a time. If I look at it as a 120 pounds it's over-whelming.

I am in awe of you! I have as much grace as a bull in a china shop!;-) The last time that I weighed in I was 247. I really want to try this when it gets to my area, on that note, my weight is concerning.

Hello, I'm 55... I would like to lose about 120 pounds. My highest weight was 261. I started this new way of living at 152.5. I'm not sure what I weigh now, scales are acting up. I can drink Diet pepsi by the gallons. Instead of grabbing a can first think in the morning, I have a bottle of water. I have found the more water that I drink the less pop that I want. Now, don't get me wrong, I still drink diet Pepsi, but I am drinking much much more water and less soda........It would be a start.

Newbie here. 55 years old. My number 1 goal is to get exercise, whether it be 10 minutes or an hour. I discovered walking videos......You can get your heart rate up, when you're approx 245/250.....It's a great way to start. To drink more water, I discovered that I crave sweets less when I do. I would like to be 8/10 pounds…
