Yay! Well I have just been meeting my calorie needs and I work out my legs and butt 5 days a week. I'm a busy body so I drink the Boost Very High Calorie drinks in place of snacks during work. It has helped out immensely!

Work was very stressful for a good because we were understaffed now we are fully staffed, making things a lot easier. Eating habits outside of work isn't the best either....so I'm working on that too just trying to get used to eating more and getting those shakes in throughout the day. Thanks for replying!
