Hi there! I had to play around with what I was actually eating. Tons of veggies helps me. A lot. I know it's not for everyone, but I just cant beat the caloric values of a boatload of veggies. And its Zuchinni season!! :) Just my 2 cents.

I stop eating around 6 or 7 and break my fast at 11 or 12. Keeping it chill. Not eating after dinner really helps me control my calorie intake.
