Oh, weight bouncing around the same all week (hormonal water retention, which i just compounded with sore muscles), but I have diligently logged it every day.4
-
11/12 Went over Calories, but burned a bit with my speed walk on lunch. Met my other macro goals and step goals.
Also, finally got my new walking and new running shoes. Looking forward to my weekend 5 mile walk, and going to start a 1 mile run soon.6 -
11/13
1. On point with food today.
2. 3 mile training run (it was cold though! 10 degrees F!) plus another 6 miles walked.
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!5 -
Today was another good one! A bit over calories but still in a deficit.
Starting to feel a bit flu-ey. I need to pick up mag and increase sodium.6 -
11/13 my fitbit died. Thankfully I logged in a mile walk on lunch.
Under calories and on point with macros. Good day overall.
It's raining tonight, so we'll see what tomorrow brings.5 -
Busy, busy day doing things for my container vege garden. Just need to fill the tubs with soil and put things in!! I should at least get the tomatoes in tomorrow, and may go on a mission to get leafy green seedlings to get me started on those. Hopefully I have gauged energy use well and won't just be an exhausted lump tomorrow
Cals and macros all good, and thanks to today's busyness I met weekly deficit goal plus a little extra. No walk due to the busy busyness in the garden.6 -
11/13:
on-plan and logged:
exercise: stretched the old legs with a yardhike6 -

Goals met. ✅
10,378 steps.
I completed w2d2 of the c25k program. Didn't get a walk in because it was my night to work my 2nd job and gave massages for 3+ hours. Stayed under my calorie goal AND my carb goal though.

Another week ⭕️✅
I donated blood yesterday and my arm felt a bit sore so I went easy on the weights today.
Will be eating red meat 🥩 to bring up my iron level and hydrate, hydrate and then some.
Have a good weekend all!7 -
15 Nov
Holy crap, how is half the month gone already??
All good on the nutrition front. No walk again today as I was out and about for groceries and things for garden. Did not get soil into containers, nor plants into soil. I do have my salad greens (and reds) though, couple of different mesclun mixes to get me going. I'll grow seeds going forward. I need to do some rabbit proofing, so that's sort of slowed me down, plus I didn't want to push the energy envelope today and be too tire to work tomorrow. I'll just chip away at getting the containers filled and posts in the ground to hold up netting the next few evenings.5 -
Week ending 11/14
Carbs under goal, finally in my groove there
Weekly steps 34,594, an increase over last week I'll take it
Did 2 strength sessions, 3 if I count bowling Lol
CW 174.5 I'll
Food prep today, bowling tonight. Nagged hubby to put my bike on the trainer again this morning.
discovered a new hiking trail that is 3 mile round trip just 5 min from my house. Need to locate the parking and trail head. Might be just warm enough to give it a try today.5 -
11/14-11/15...goals met food wise ... I took the entire weekend off from any exercising ... On Friday during my walk I had a strange experience than I have never had before ... my toes went numb and it felt like 1000 pins were poking my feet ... and my feet were throbbing ... I have been so antsy all weekend but I knew I had to relax and stay off of them for the most part .... they do not hurt anymore but I will let my Dr. know when I see him Wednesday ...5

11/14
Goals met. ✅
20,914 steps.
Walked 7 miles outside even though it was pretty chilly. @tishsmith101 it's cool when you can find new hiking trails near where you live! FUN!6 -
11/14
1. Made good food choices, but went out to eat as was our anniversary, so definitely ate too many calories.
2. Rest day from running, but walked 7 miles mainly doing errands and cleaning the house.
11/15
1. Returned to my normal diet today.
2. 4 mile training run plus another 4 miles walked. Aside from my Thursday ‘big runs’, starting to taper my distances in preparation for the Thanksgiving half marathon.2 -
11/15
Goals met. ❌
12,329 steps.
Again I stayed under my calorie goal, but went over my carb goal by 9g. We ate out last night and I had a salad with pulled pork. Kinda boring, but it was the only thing on the menu that didn't have excessive carbs!
@eneild That's so cool that you're going to run a half marathon on Thanksgiving! I'll be watching your posts to see how you do! Kudos!3 -
11/15
Went over carbs by 8 with my reduced macro but am ok with it
11k steps and change yesterday, the hiking trail was awesome
Bowling last night, sort of strength workout LOL
During food prep yesterday I made some keto chocolate zucchini bread, omg yum!3 -
11/13 - 11/15
I have been scarce the last few days, but still logging and keeping up with things!
Friday was a good day, under carbs, over on protein and rode 23.25 miles in the morning. Finished the day with 13K steps.
Saturday was a so-so day food wise, good on calories but over on carbs and ok on protein. Stayed active all day cleaning and organizing in the garage and doing chores around the house, 7k steps for the day.
Sunday was a low food day (finished with less than 1k calories eaten - just wasn't hungry yesterday), good on carbs but low on protein. 5k+ steps for the day.3 -
11/16- goals met food wise .... no exercise for me today ... I have had a headache since yesterday .... I am not sure if I have a sinus infection or what but my left side of my face is swollen and it hurts like h3ll ughh4

11/11-11/15
I’ve been MIA on here over the last week and need to buckle down. I had good days of calories below maintenance and one day where I couldn’t eat enough. Needless to say, carbs have been all over the board too. Snacking has actually not been bad and I did have some drinks Saturday but nothing major that put me way over calorie goals. I’m sure the scale would show me the results were I to hop on but I determined before the month started that I would use my clothes as a gauge. My activity has been pretty high so I think that helps when I lack judgment on my food choices. We’ll see where the week goes this week!4 -
11/16
1. Food on point today.
2. 5 mile training run plus another 6 miles walked at work.

Nov 16 and 17
Food, check. Walk only a check for today. No progress on container garden. Quite fatigued atm, hopefully just weekend busyness catching up on me.3 -
11/17:
Food - calories were good but a little low, protein was good at 114g, carbs slightly high at 115g net.
Exercise - took a 22 mile bike ride yesterday afternoon, and was active the rest of the day, finished with 12k steps for the day.4 -
11/16
Snacking- I nibbled some chocolate during the day but nothing after dinner. Had I not had what I did, my calories would have nailed my ideal deficit for the day.
Carbs/protein 😁 pretty good day. I filled up on protein but had some greens that upped my carbs. The sweets are out of the house so if I can avoid impulse buys I’ll be doing good.4 -
11/16:
logged and on-plan:
exercise: A run for curbside pickup at the library and then dealing with kiddos delayed the workout. I stomped one out listening to NPR on the Dreadmill. 11k and some steps for the day.

11/16
Goals met. ❌

11/17 Food on point .... still no exercising and still not feeling well ughh7

Megan, I do hope you get to feeling better SOON!!! I felt a little yucky yesterday, but it was from doing a little too much ab work the day before. As the day wore on my sides hurt more and more. Good thing I did most of my exercising in the morning!
11/17
Goals met. ✅
10,184 steps.
