U could use 1 or 2 whole eggs with a few egg whites in a scramble or omlette. the whites are pure protien but I like the yolks for flavour plus they have fat to help keep u full.

I spend 1hr to 1.5hr in the gym 4 or 5 days per week currently. Used to be around 45 mins but now I am ending my lifting with 10 mins of HIIT and a bit of core work plus a really good stretch. I find it hard to do this all in under an hour!

I've been taking homemade party plates as of lately! Whole wheat crackers, laughing cow cheese wedges, sliced turkey, salami and ham, bell peppers and cherry tomatos. Lindt dark choc squares for dessert :)

It's when u hold the pullup/chin up bar and lower yourself down (ie you would step on a box to help you get in the correct position) instead of pulling yourself up.
