I’ve just read lots of people having success over it. That’s the only reason I would consider it. I don’t have any medical issues or reasons to try it really.

I’m trying to lose 60 or more pounds. My mother said I need to aim for 80 but 60 is my first goal. Im new to MFP. I’ve been watching what I eat since last month. This month I started exercising more with walking my dog 4-5 times a week and doing Pilates for beginners 2-3 times a week.

I started trying to lose weight in November and mom saw me the other night and complimenting my butt being smaller. I recently had to get new panties and didn’t realize how big I needed so this was a surprise.

I’m not doing power walking but walking my dog right now and he loves going but my legs get pretty tired around 20-22 minutes that’s why I ask what is normal for other people?

I’m going to try the C25K this spring once I’ve lost some weight. I’ve already downloaded it on my phone so I look at it as motivation to aim for. I used to do 5k races in college and I miss doing it for fun.

Blogilates is what I’m doing right now. She has daily workout calendars so you pick what day you are on and the videos are set for you, you just have to do the videos. I did day 4 or the beginner calendar today.

I just got out of a break up and needed to focus on myself. I am almost 10 pounds down from last month so I’m at a good start. I’m hoping to lose 60 pounds.
