Question about walking being tracked
I have my step counter on my phone through the MFP app but I still take my dog on walks almost daily. Should I track that as “exercise” or not because of the step counter tracking the steps? I see some people tracking walks and getting back calories and I feel like I might be doing it wrong. I just don’t want to count…

How often do you step on a scale?
Just wondering how often do you weigh yourself? I think I weigh myself almost daily but some people say I should do it at the beginning & end of the month. What is your normal?

I think protein is causing me gas
I’ve been eating protein shakes and bars recently, however I’ve been coming home after work with terrible gas. I’m just wondering is this normal? Does my body get used to it or do I need to stop eating these products? Any advice would help.

TOM weight gain on the scale
I got on the scale and it said I gained 3 pounds because it’s my time of the month? Any other ladies experience this? How long til it goes back to normal?

New to MFP!
Hi there I am new to using MFP and I’m almost down 10 pounds in my first month of trying to exercise & lose weight. My first big goal is to lose 15 pounds and my main goal is to lose 60. Any encouragement & advice is welcome.

It’s been a week
I’ve tracked my meals and my exercise and my scale hasn’t budged this week. It’s only been a week but is this normal? Should I up my exercise more? I walk my dog 3-4 times a week and am doing Pilates videos 3 times a week. I don’t have a gym yet. Any advice will help.
