I need to get one of those squat/row machines. I have knee problems as well and my PT says I need to strengthen my quad muscles so that may just be what I need. The art project looks really good. I definitely have no where near the painting skills as you so great work.

Day 2 of my 3 day fast and I am sitting at 166.4 pounds - 11 pounds over last month’s end of fast weight :( I have to admit I have not been doing well on OMAD but after this fast I am joining Brenda in getting back to OMAD. I have to get things under control

I have a mini exercise bike under my desk at work and it does count. All movement counts. I try to get an hour in on mine when I am in the office.

Congrats on the loss Donna! I feel you on the working from home. I have been working from home since March also and I believe will most likely be working from home for the rest of the year. I love, love, love not having to get dressed for work and yes it will suck when I do have to go back.

Sorry about your mom but so glad you were still able to enjoy your vacation. Steph is right, 2 pounds in 10 days is nothing. You can get that off by the end of the week and getting back on the water will definitely help for sure.

Steph, it is a downer when your fasts don't yield you the expected results. My 3-day fasts have yielded little results in the last 4 or 5 months. I think going back to basic OMAD will do it for you. Keep your head up, you may have a whoosh in the near future.

As promised: Yesterday was a high carb day and I chose all the bad carbs. The rest of the week should be low carb and I am doing a water fast tomorrow so hopefully, I will get the weight back down.

It's weird because I am working from home due to covid-19. I work from my office in the basement and I fill up my 32 ounce cup and I can drink it fine sitting in my office, but when it is a normal day, I don't think about it.

I hear you Steph and you are absolutely right. I am going to work hard to get that 100 ounces each day. I know I can do it, I just have to get it in my head to do it. I am not sure if I'll be able to do it today though because I will be getting my hair done and will be sitting in the chair most of the day.
