  • I last used My Fitness Pal regularly in 2020 and it worked very well- I lost 30 lbs and was the happiest I had been in a while through a good balance of exercise, no snacking and self worth.   • Thank you so much! I’m really trying and, even if the weight loses is slow right now, it’s a commitment to myself and a healthier life. Even if it’s 2 lbs a month until I can get back to a gym, that’s 2 lbs that I don’t have anymore.
