Donate to shelters that aren’t as common! For example women’s violent shelters. A lot of them leave without anything and clothes can go a long way.

A lot of times if I am craving something it means my body is lacking iron, calcium, protein, etc.

I don’t track calories for everything especially fruit in my water. I get too obsessed and it becomes unhealthy for me. But I’m sure others have ideas.

Breakfast- Small cup oatmeal, pumpkin purée, dark chocolate. Lunch- Tofu, peanut sauce Dinner- Smoked Sausage Mac&Cheese Snack- Mixed nuts with dark chocolate Through the day I drink lemon water.

I’m sorry but there is absolutely no way you can maintain with consuming 2000 per day and burn roughly 4000+ a day.

Sorry I worded it wrong. If I am aiming to lose weight, would adding in protein powder effect that negatively? I am not getting enough protein.

Are you sure that is all correct? It seems WAY off and extremely unhealthy.

I only weigh myself once every other month now. I used to weight myself daily but got so obsessed with the number drop that I started eating significantly less.

Are you soly using the BMI as an indicator of what you want your weight to be and what is considered healthy? If so I highly encourage you to focus more on how you are feeling mentally+physically, what your doctor and/or another profession says and take steps to become healthy, not just thinner.

That is very very common! You most likely will overshoot your weight but eventually it will level out if you focus on meal planning and exercising In a healthy way (if you are medically cleared to do so). Have you thought about meeting with a dietitian?
