I have experimented with a 2 hour food requirement. If I want to eat *anything* I need to write it down on a piece of paper, at least 2 hours before eating. It does require commitment but it's helped me

I see that as investing in their profile. This website is about supporting the weight loss process. I don't need a profile photo for that.

I miss my first girlfriend. We had a long term relationship. Sadly she's not with us anymore. I don't think I'll ever get over her, even though I've dated a number of women since. Obviously I don't discuss this with women afterwards.

Not the person you are asking but just using the numbers on the container seems alright. Also dividing by days i.e. Monday I ate approx 1/4, Tuesday 1/4, Wednesday 1/2.

Something that I discovered recently, you probably know that fat cells release leptin, a hormone which travels to the brain and suppresses appetite. Unfortunately the leptin receptors in the brain lose effectiveness as people get older. There is a medicine which is used to treat this problem but it's rather expensive.

You don't need either but I'd suggest if you don't buy either, get a measuring tape. Body scales are quick and easy compared to using tape.
