Consistency challenge - get to goal by being consistent

Post some or all your weight, intake, exercise and activities daily or weekly with the challenge of being consistent, meaning not taking breaks. Keep posting and working on it until you get to goal weight, then if you want carry on posting. Let's see how consistent you are.
