  • You might have a hormonal issue. I too am on 1200 cal/day and I have been actually gaining for the last two months. I was 125lb and now am 132 which is crazy - (I'd expect that weight gain from eating more like 2200 cal/day). I lowered my calories to 1200 from 1400 two months ago and I wasn't seeing any difference for a…
  • Tahini can also be pretty good for calcium too, especially if its unhulled.
  • You can also eat nutritional yeast to get B12 if you want, it has a cheesy flavour and is vegan and gluten free
  • I had been overweight throughout my whole childhood and I must say that the comments I received when I was overweight shaped the entire way I viewed my body. Now, people tell me to stop losing weight or to eat some food because I'm "too skinny" or they ask my friends if I'm anorexic, even though I'm at a normal bmi (20.7)…
  • Oh, to clarify in case the photo is confusing; I'm 27kg down *in total*. Was 10kg down from my highest weight in the first photo.

  • If you're not worried about the chemicals in diet soda then go for it. Otherwise you can add flavor drops to water if you want to avoid the carbonated drinks.
  • I find for meal prep that prepping quinoa or rice to use as a good gluten free carb works well. You can make things like salads, stir fry, curry etc and eat them with some rice or quinoa. Also it doesn't have to get boring as there are many types of rice, quinoa, or blends to try :) Gluten free bread (if you find a nice…

  • One day of overeating is not likely to cause you to gain weight. However, the scale may go up, indicating excess water weight due to high sodium levels etc. It's overeating for an extended period of time that makes people gain weight.
