    I don't have a pic but my go to snacks right now are pepperoni microwaved so they get crunchy like chips. And blue diamond garlic and herb almonds are amazing!

    No pics, but I portioned out 1oz baggies of cocktail nuts, 1 serving (6pcs) Haribo gummy frogs, washed up some strawberries, and bought tuna pouches.

    Usually I have Blue Bell No Sugar Added ice cream. Lately I've been pouring some zero calorie fizzy drinks over my ice cream to have a pretend float. It's been nice.

    I have been slicing half of a cucumber and shaking some garlic salt on it. My office loves the smell of cucumbers and know that I am snacking! Holds me over until lunch! I use the long English cukes and don't remove the skin. So quick and easy.

    Babybell
    Protein bar
    Greek yogurt (sometimes with granola depending on my calories for the day)
    Nuts
    apples
    banana

    But honestly, I will eat anything if it fits in my macros. Lately, I've had a Ghiradelli brownie each night

    I had bread with cream cheese and caviar. My snacks are rarely this fancy, but it was left over from new year feast. Usually, I just munch on raw vegetables or fruits or make a light sandwich if I'm hungry.

    -Low-fat cottage cheese with berries, almond slivers and honey

    -Apple slices with peanut butter

    -Rice cake with peanut butter and honey

    -GF crackers and cottage cheese

    -GF granola with almond milk

    - hard boiled eggs

    -baby carrots and hummus

    -air popped popcorn (sometimes spritzed with butter spray and sprinkled with seasonings)

    - pre-portioned mixed nut baggies

    -fresh store bought mango or grapefruit fruit cups

    -Celery sticks

    -Cheese stick
