I also need to add that I've been having headaches also lately (20 days a month at the least). Could that be associated with vitamins? We have been thinking hormones or migraines but I haven't thought about vitamins causing them

I know how you feel on the "I should do this and this" but sometimes it just doesn't work out like that. That's why I had to take a few days off of here to get myself back centered to where I needed to be. You will be able to do more when the time is right!
