My goals are to stick with this WOE and to get moving! I am so good at it for about 3 months then slip up and go back to grains and sugar. Didn't go walking today, but went wedding dress shopping with my daughter. She found one! I didn't eat enough based on my diary today. I was busy and wasn't very hungry. Need to do better tomorrow. I'm glad our group is growing.

Back out walking again after work. Thinking this can be a easy habit to develop. It helps get rid of stress of the day

Well I stuck to my goals and finished teaching, put on my walking clothes and walked for 39 min. 1.5 miles. It's a start.😊
