To invite people from the iPhone. When in the community chat. Click their name. That will bring up a screen with some basic data. Click their name again. Then you will see a symbol that looks like add a friend. Click that fill out your name and a message. Then send. It’s harder than it needs to be (your not dumb).

Welcome! I’m pretty new here myself. I’m pretty new here myself. I’ve put on about 50 lbs in just over 3 years. Now I’m trying to take it back off.
