I loved all these ideas! I usually cook a few days in advance and then freeze anything past that. Mon-Wed: Mozzarella/Ham rollups, mashed cauliflower, and parmesan stuffed chicken Thurs & Fri: we’ll see ;-)

I think you misunderstood my question. I’m not talking about adjusting macros instead of creating a calorie deficit. I’m talking about adjusting them alongside a calorie deficit. I’ve read many articles that have differing information on macro distribution, so I’m just wanting more clarification.

Welcome!! You’re gonna do just fine! Just take it one day at a time. Set the amount of calories that you don’t want to go over, and make sure you don’t eat more than that.

It’s not a terrible idea to go on two walks. Until you can get with a trainer you might just have to do that, and it’s more exercise for you, so I see it as a win-win. Do you live near a dog park? Those are a great way to make sure they get exercise. You can also chase them around the house. I chase mine around the house…
