  • Of a 1,000 calories ingested as food before menopause, 700 of them would be used and around 300 of would be stored. After menopause, 700 will be stored and only 300 will be used! This is a huge difference, and the outcome is weight gain!"

  • Hi....I got to goal on Weight Watchers and now i am up a little over 10. What happen? Did u fall off the wagon to gain the 10 back? Did u track daily and eat your exercise points?

  • Confused?? R u saying dont stop Weight Watchers? I always have the good thinbgs i learned with WW in mind. I am not at goal now. I have gaibed back almost 15 lbs. I was thinking counting calories (using the knowledge of WW).
